Sunset Bay Community Pier Update

All Sunset Bay Property Owners

Read the latest update on the status of the community pier permit in the Documents page on the Sunset Bay website. Click on the link Community Pier Update to view the information. Basically we are still waiting on the Corps of Engineers (COE) to review and approve the permit on the Sunset Bay addition and issue a Letter of Approval. Once the developer receives the Letter of Approval from the COE, they should release funds to start construction on the community pier in the common area.

Welcome to the Sunset Bay Community blog. I looked into this as a means of creating another way for the Sunset Bay property owners and family members to communicate news, events, share ideas, recipes, hot fishing spots, pass on a message, or just talk about anything as long it is proper, of course. So here it is, our own blog.
Sunset Bay members need to send an email to info@sunsetbaypoa.org by clicking on the "contact us" link on the Sunset Bay home page and request the user name and password needed to be able to log in and post on the blog at https://www.blogger.com/start. The user name and password will then be emailed back to you so you can Sign In to the blog and be able to post messages, pictures, and even video.
