Hi All,
The Sunset Bay POA Board has approved discounts on New Home Construction fees from Jan. 1, 2016 to Aug.1, 2016 to Sunset Bay property owners. The $1000.00 damage deposit fee will be waived completely and there will be 50% off the application fee as well. You must be current on your POA dues to receive this offer. Take advantage of this great offer if you are planning your home construction in 2016.
