Time: General Meeting will begin at 02:00 pm
Arrive early to visit with other property owners and enjoy some refreshments.

2010 Annual Members Meeting

The official notice for the 2010 Sunset Bay Annual Members Meeting has been mailed out to property owners. Please fill out the proxy form and send back in if you are unable to attend for quorum and specific voting purposes. You can send in the BOD Nomination form or turn it in at the day of the meeting at sign in if you are interested in running for a Board of Directors position. Also make sure your association dues or assessments are current for you being able to vote or hold a position on the board.
Please attend this important meeting as we will be electing a new board of directors and want your involvement and participation in the association.

Have a Safe July 4th Weekend

Wishing everyone a fun filled and safe July 4th weekend. There are some great events in Rockport ( Annual artshow ) and Ingleside this weekend.
The tall sailing ships at Ingleside were awesome and there was great entertainment lined up also.

Community Pier Construction Update_6/23/2010

I apologize for being mis-informed but have verified from the developer contact Don Smith that a pier building contractor has not been given the job as of today. Don Smith is currently seeking other bids and should have these bids this week. Don Smith said to "please be patient and they will get things moving soon".
I will be updating everyone with the latest information regarding the Sunset Bay community pier construction on this blog as I become aware of any new information.
