Picnic Tables Installed at Picnic Pavilion in Common Area

Two picnic tables have been installed at the new Picnic Pavilion in the Common Area for everyone to enjoy. Plan a picnic and stop by, maybe do some fishing, spend some time with the family and relax at the Picnic Pavilion.

Attn: 2013 Annual POA Maintenance Assessment

Thanks to all Sunset Bay property owners who have sent in their 2013 maintenance assessment to date. The 2013 maintenance assessment due date of 03/01/2013 is past due and we still have some property owners that are delinquent.
Please send in your 2013 maintenance assessment if you have not done so or contact a board member to make arrangements for payment to avoid a possible late payment assessment fee.

New Covered Picnic Shelter Completed in Common Area

The Garcia Brothers Construction have finished the covered picnic shelter in the Sunset Bay Common Area for Sunset Bay members and guests. We will be discussing adding picnic tables at the next board meeting scheduled for May 11 at 1:00 pm at Gary and Sharon Sequiera's home in Sunset Bay.
