It is that time to post notice of the 2017 Sunset Bay Annual Members meeting so you can add it to your calendars. This year the 2017 Annual Members Meeting will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at The Inn at Fulton Harbor, 215 North Fulton Beach Road, Fulton, TX, 78358.
Please attend this important meeting as we want you to be involved in the Sunset Bay community and be a part of it. We do want to hear input from Sunset Bay property owners to get ideas to make Sunset Bay community a vibrant place to enjoy and develop into a wonderful place to live . We are looking forward to seeing you and visiting with you at the 2017 annual members meeting. You will receive a meeting notice by mail a few weeks prior to the meeting date. Thank you.

NOTICE: ANNUAL POA MEMBERS MEETING 2016 - AUGUST 6, 2016
Hi All,
The 2016 Sunset Bay Annual Members Meeting will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The Lighthouse Inn at Aransas Bay in Rockport, TX. The members meeting will be held in the Copano Room on the 2nd floor. There is ample parking available as well upon arrival. You can also go www.lighthousetexas.com for a map and directions. It is very easy to find on 200 South Fulton Beach Road.
Please try to attend this important meeting regarding your Sunset Bay Association as we want the Sunset Bay property owners to be informed and involved in the community. Sunset Bay property owners should have received their meeting notice packet with additional documents such as the General Proxy included. If you cannot attend the meeting, please mail in your General Proxy form to designate a person to vote as proxy for you at the meeting. We must receive the Proxies by mail or email to Gary Sequeira gary@quadvest.com or any other board member listed on the Sunset Bay website www.sunsetbaypoa.org prior to August 6, 2016. Please also email your nominations or recommendations for board positions in advance if possible as there will be several vacancies from members retiring from the board this year.

NOTICE: POA Board of Director Changes Effective 5/8/2016
Debbie Christa-Ortiz has submitted her resignation from the POA Board of Directors effective 5/8/2016. The POA board has accepted her resignation and thanked her for volunteering her time on the board and serving the POA to protect, preserve, and maintain the value of the Sunset Bay community.
The POA board has approved and appointed Kelly Flanagan as President "Interim" and Betty Cook as Director at Large until the POA Annual Members Meeting on August 6, 2016 at which time new board members will be elected to the POA Board of Directors.
Any current member in good standing that is interested to be a candidate for a spot on POA Board should send their name in to the board secretary within the next few weeks so we can send out with the POA annual meeting notice. Proxies need to be sent in to the POA address if a member cannot attend the POA annual members meeting in order for your vote to count.
