Thanks to all Sunset Bay property owners who have sent in their 2013 maintenance assessment to date. The 2013 maintenance assessment due date of 03/01/2013 is past due and we still have some property owners that are delinquent.
Please send in your 2013 maintenance assessment if you have not done so or contact a board member to make arrangements for payment to avoid a possible late payment assessment fee.

New Covered Picnic Shelter Completed in Common Area

The Garcia Brothers Construction have finished the covered picnic shelter in the Sunset Bay Common Area for Sunset Bay members and guests. We will be discussing adding picnic tables at the next board meeting scheduled for May 11 at 1:00 pm at Gary and Sharon Sequiera's home in Sunset Bay.
If there is some additions you would like to see for the Picnic Shelter, send in an email to the board. Thanks.

Don't forget to send in an email address and receive $5.00 discount off your annual POA maintenance fee. If you have already sent in your payment, you will receive credit towards next years maintenance fee. Thanks to all who have sent in an email address as we want to be able to contact you with news and updates about Sunset Bay. We are having a great response. Just write it on your maintenance payment invoice when you send in your payment or send an email to us. All email information will be strictly confidential.

2013 Invoices for POA Maintenance Fees Mailed Out

Hi All Sunset Bay Members,
Yes, We are still here. I just logged in and noticed it has been awhile since anything has been posted. I wanted to post on the blog that all Sunset Bay property owners should be receiving their 2013 invoices for the annual POA maintenance fees. The annual POA maintenance fee is still $295.00.
Please contact one of the board members if you do receive an invoice within three weeks. This is important as we want to make sure we have your address and contact information current.
Also we need for all POA members to send in an email address to add to your contact information as we want to build an email database to send out notices and updated information to Sunset Bay property owners. This information will be kept strictly confidential in a Sunset Bay database, so please contact one of the board members by email or call with an email address we can use to contact you.
Also if anyone has moved or have a new mailing address, contact one of the board members so we can update your contact information.
