Description: Members meeting to discuss the Association's current status and what needs to happen next. We need new candidates for the Board positions, please send in Proxies or bring them to the meeting. GET involved, help build the community.  See you there.

The Rockport Aquarium will be having their AquaFest Family Fun Day event the same day at Rockport Harbor. Bring your kids and attend the AquaFest fun avtivities, vendors, exhibits, and games for a fun day after the Annual Members meeting.

NOTICE: 2014 POA ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING in ROCKPORT, TX

The 2014 Annual Property Owners Meeting for Property Owners Association of Sunset Bay, Inc. will be held Saturday, August 2, 2014 in Rockport, TX at the Rockport Yacht Club located at 722 Navigation Circle. the Rockport Yacht Club is just behind the Rockport Aquarium down on the Rockport Harbor.
Time: 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Please make every effort to attend and support your POA. Meet fellow property owners and discuss what is happening in the area and share your thoughts to help make Sunset Bay a great place.
Volunteer and serve on the POA Board of Director's. There will be an election for new officers.
Drinks and refreshments will be available. See you there.

Reminder: 2013 Annual Members Meeting - August 3 in Rockport

POA members should have received their packet with the 2013 Annual Members Meeting notice and information. Please make plans to attend the Annual Members meeting and support your association. The 2013 annual members meeting will be held at the Women's Club of Aransas County, Inc located at 1104 Concho St. in Rockport, TX. down by the Rockport harbor.
There will be a guest speaker from the Sheriff's department, and Diane Straub with Remax / Security Real Estate will talk about what is happening within the Real Estate market in the local area. Come and meet other Sunset Bay property owners, voice your ideals for improvements in Sunset Bay and support your POA board. Volunteer to serve on the board or a committee, be involved. Refreshments and snacks will be provided. See you there.

Picnic Tables Installed at Picnic Pavilion in Common Area

Two picnic tables have been installed at the new Picnic Pavilion in the Common Area for everyone to enjoy. Plan a picnic and stop by, maybe do some fishing, spend some time with the family and relax at the Picnic Pavilion.
